By healing Cell, Goku did the exact same thing. He endangered innocents doing this.

So yeah, Goku has done the exact thing that has made Thor unworthy in the past.

No one has ever lifted Mjolnir in the movies. Odin made that hammer for Thor, that is Thor's weapon and there's nothing to suggest that anyone outside of Thor in the movies can lift it under any circumstance. Goku stands an even worse chance against movie Mjolnir.

He's confusing what it took for Thor to regain his worthiness to what it means to be worthy in general...he's not taking into account everything else about Thor's character...after all, if humility or a willingness to give your life to protect others was all it took, at least 90% of heores would be able to lift Mjolnir.

Only Thor is worthy because that's his hammer. Him not being worthy doesn't mean that someone else can become worthy in the movies. There's no evidence to suggest that someone else could potentially use it under any circumstances.

^The only place Goku will be wielding Mjolnir.

Thor had to learn humility, something he lacked, in order to be worthy.

Following that line of logic, Goku would also have to gain something he lacked. Has he stopped being stupid yet?
