It's an all out war between the odinson and the insane titan, who wins?

With the Runes at his disposal and no restrictions The King wins.

I thought "King Thor" was usually distinct from Rune King Thor, unless specified?

Presuming a Rune-less King Thor is no better than Odin (and probably a bit under him), this would be a long fight. At worst, Thor has to work even harder than Odin did against Thanos. I see that as being the case. He wins, but in a hellacious fight.

King Thor on his own, before he went back in time to prevent the future from happening again, had cleared it on his own. In my opinion, right around the time he admitted he had been wrong and became worthy of Mjolnir again. That's when he decapitated the Super Desak Destroyer.

With Runes, Thor went even beyond that, forcing Those Who Sit in Shadow to piss off, decapitating Super Loki who had siphoned the power of Mangog and all of Asgard, yadda yadda. 👆
