He's not the most skilled because batman had countless instances of documented skills training on panel and he has a few statements.
He's not the fastest because Slade is faster and his feats show it. Bruces speed feats can match up or exceed MOST of caps.
He's not the strongest because both Slade and Bruce have comparable strength feats.

The funny thing about that is that I never actually say that Bruce is superior physically or even equal, but several less mature posters continue to intentionally misconstrue viewpoints in an antagonistic manner and I really don't see any sense in doing that in a debate. He is comparable according to routine feats. People try to use the whole sss human potential argument but it simply doesn't negate the fact that Batman performs "superhuman" physical feats all the time without the title of being "superhuman".
I feel like you don't understand what the term "comparable" implies. Bruce has greater skill according to on panel feats as well as COMPARABLE physical feats on AVERAGE which is why I think he could hang with your boy cap for a very long time h2h. In all their crossover events this opinion has been reflected by the collective minds of writers from both companies canon or not.
