I don't know which of the two has better aim as both are ridiculous (Hawkeye shooting a Sniper bullet out of the air though is the best feat I've seen yet) but Clint has more powerful arrows then I've seen Ollie use (Explosive arrows, Pym Particle Arrows, Asgardian Arrows etc.) and his physical stats as well as martial art skills are a lot closer to guys like Captain America then Green Arrow's nowadays. Keep in mind, I haven't read the newest Green Arrow series so maybe he's gotten a push.

Under Bendis, Hawkeye was just silly though tbh. Him piercing Thanos' skin was....well, unexpected.

Also doesn't Hawkeye still have Pym Particles in his system for growth in times of emergency? Here's the scan but I don't remember what happened afterward:

That's a better feat then anything Ollie has ever done in my book.

Ollie (DCnU) has similar feats of taking down "superman level" foes in his run, too. He also tangled with a bot who easily through a loading dock at him.

Here he beats Batman in pure h2h though Bruce is holding back.

Ollie doesn't need fancy arrows to beat somebody and he became even better after receiving training from Deathstroke's teacher.

Traditional Ollie probably has the best pure shooting feats with regards to distance accuracy, but would have lost to Clint HTH and in an overall fight. But with Ollie's Batman-like power-up in skill, I don't know about a fight anymore. And I'm not sure Ollie's pure shooting feats are as obscene anymore.

I was going to say Green Arrow but did Hawkeye really shoot a sniper bullet out of the air? Mid flight? If so that's an insane accuracy and speed feat.

Alright, I've looked around and can't find anything on Clint shooting a sniper bullet out of the air, so I'd say Ollie but if that feat does exist I'd sway the other way.

I noticed that too, but it only seems to specific people rather than the entire forum. I won't call anyone out but they know who they are. Thankfully I obsessing over battle forums a while ago.
