Darth Andeddu vs Darth Maul

Two not-top-tier but still quite famous Sith Lords.

Darth Andeddu, the immortal from the ancient sith empire who's illusions were so strong they could kill.

Darth Maul, Palpatine's first apprentice and Jedi-hunter.

Who comes out on top?

Darth Maul is the superior combatant of these two.

Andeddu illusion-owns him.

Andeddu essence transfers all over the place and tires Maul out.

Maul is under-estimated.

Keep in mind that a telepath (albeit a non Force-user) that tried to read Maul's mind was rendered catatonic, suggesting that he has strong psychic defences.

If he could resist the illusions he should be able to slice and dice him quite easily since lightsabre combat is not Andeddu's strong point.

Telepaths vs sith in general is going to turn out badly for the non-sith, but Andeddu's force illusions made other sith afraid to take him on.

Also, we really don't know Andeddu's skill level. He did have a lightsaber in his life, but in the one fight he was in he didn't have it available.

But the question is, can he deal with an illusion? Lightsaber skills won't stop phantasmal lava from killing.

I think the real question is if Andeddu can conjure Illusions against such a fast and aggressive combatant as Maul.

Is not Wyrrok as fast and aggressive as Maul. I thought people put him on the same playing field as Dooku.

Which makes sense. Maul's probably the junior one here in raw Force power and Force knowledge/mastery, so he has a serious handicap. Depending on how efficiently Addedu can spam the illusions might decide the melee though. Sadow's Force illusions technically were real enough to kill people and consumed armies. Even on a microcosmic level, similar illusions might be too much for Maul to cope with while his foe whips up another method of dispatch, like lightning or chuck lava.

The problem with the illusions in this instance is that his illusions can't be quantified. Wryylock and Andeddu were both fighting within each other's minds. How do you quantify the strength of powers that are used entirely in the abstract?
