And yet.....Diana and J'onn are argued to be his peers, or superiors by some people. 🙄
Surviving the Tsar bomb is nothing compared to what some characters have gone through. Anyone with mid atom-level durability or higher could handle it.
These should also always be kept in mind (imho) when considering explosion-surviving feats:
1) Unless the character has wrapped themselves around the device, when it goes off, the character's body will catch only a fraction of the total released energy. Most of it will radiate away in other directions, where the character's body isn't.
This holds more and more true the larger whatever's exploding. If a superhero's body catches and survives, say, 1/6 the explosive power of the Tsar bomb, that same body may only catch 1/billionth the total energy of, eg, a supernova.
2) Explosive power is fleeting, and this makes a huge difference when surviving something, as opposed to ongoing exposure. This is why actual, real people can survive lightning strikes, though the power of a typical bolt is >100gW and is 10x hotter than the surface of the sun.
The above is in contrast to, say, surviving the core of a star. There, the energy is all around you and unrelenting.

Oh, I agree with you buddy but writers don't look at it like that. People that has flown through stars shouldn't even feel as punch from Thanos or whoever but guess what, they do. I came across her posts on here several times when bored and Googling topics and finding old stuff from here. And I had the displeasure of encountering her on another site. That ***** would talk shit and celebrate about "pwning" me because I didn't immediately reply, but then I counter her arguments, she takes longer to reply, I ask what took her so long, and oh she has a life. ****ing hypocrite on top of being someone who should've had half her DNA shot into a wad and flushed instead of her parents being ******* enough to let her into this world.
