Colosuss surivied a reentry recently with no scratch, so I'm pretty sure Colossus is tougher then the days he was fighting Pyro. I don't think Colossus has tanked any of the caliber of Tsar Bomba those. Thing should die too I guess.
Wolverine might have chance because he surivived nukes before by healing. Not as powerful as Tsar Bomba is, but you know how marvel writers want to dickride Logan.
pre-nu52 Wonder Woman should be able tank radiation, since IIRC She did withstand nuclear plant radiation, or being next to the sun during Beserker Superman vs WW feat, or withstanding a reentry. There is the possibility that her bracelet might take a chunk of the force away from her. Since Wonder Woman's aegis do have the ability to protect big radius energy/explosions before.
