X-men forever is an alternate reality, isn't it?

The Stranger is pretty hard to place.
He can be seen with the abstracts and cosmics vs the IG and HOTU but can also be seen getting knocked around by Thing and Savage Hulk.I suppose Odin wins but I'll venture to say it won't be a walk in the park.
Remember the IG saga? The Stranger was right up in the mix with Galactus and Eon going toe to toe with Thanos with the IG, Odin and the rest of the Skyfathers were stuck in Asgard unable to do anything but watch. 馃槅
^ Actually, Odin was possessed by Loki the entire time. It wasn't until issue 455 Odin regained control:

While it was initially (a month i think) even before the IG started.
It's revealed in issue 454 that Loki possessed Odin and ordered Thor's banishment back in issue 432 (which is before the IG arc began):

Exactly. I can never make up my mind about the guy for that reason. The character is really inconsistent. At some point there was even that fake Stranger Jakar with the black hair running around.

SunD and Zop, I'm in yur ave, properly written Stranger should defeat Odin imo.
Stranger has been portrayed as something greater, but like you pointed out SunD,
these showings do fluctuate. Yet, we are using the best they have to offer no?
Imo, Stranger wins. (sans low, even ridiculous depictions, or rather ... pis?)
meh ... probably not, it could be Stranger sometimes gets caught in the CIS net,
which happens to certain uber-type cats like a Merlin/Roma or even big G.
