The fight is going to come down to white magic vs dark magic to Sauron vs Voldermort and Gandolf vs Dumbledore.

Dumbledore is a better wizard then Gandolf is no question about it. Dumbledore>Gandolf

Sauron will wreck Voldermort as Sauron magic greatly outweighs Vold's black magic

In the end The One Ring Wins and Sauron wrecks them all.
