Exactly, he cant hit him with anything and if he does it does not hurt him at all.

Hot even Hulk or Thor could break him for long.

Loki has firepower of his own, seeing as how he shot powerful orbs of energy from his staff in Avengers. Loki has amazing reflexes and extremely resistant to Starks weaponry. Not to mention, Loki is a master of deception ~ Tony won't know where to shoot.

That was Loki wanting to get capture though. Even Captain America found it weird how Loki all of a sudden gives up. Sure he got knocked off his feet, didn't knock him out though. Easily got back up.
