Clint gets 20 standard sharp-tipped arrows. Lester gets 20 throwing knives.Clint has an arrow at the ready and Lester has a throwing knife at the ready when the bell starts

Leaning towards Hawkeye simply because the arrow flies faster ... maybe...

Hawkeye wins off of his insane shooting feats in Avengers

Leaning towards Bullseye, as he had reflexes fast enough to catch Elektra's sais. Granted, the arrows will be flying much faster, but at least he's shown reflexes fast enough to defend against projectiles. I don't remember Hawkeye doing the same.

Hawkeye from the Avengers and Bullseye from the Daredevil film.

Bullseye, he was faster/more agile.

Clint dodged laser fire from one of those flying ski jets. Its the scene right after ironman reflected his repulsors off of cap's shield. Trumphs bullseye's sai snatch. Clint was hitting moving targets without lookin. Too much insane feats.
