all Daredevil did was ducked from one of Bullseyes ninja stars, If that's all it takes then...yeah Hawkeye gets him.

Bullseye killed a woman with a peanut... by rebounding it against the seat. Hawkeye can't beat that.

And bulllseye cant beat hitting a fast moving chiaturi flyer while having a conversation and never looking once. Thats more immpresive than some peanut feat. Given enough opportunities, it can be replicated if the old woman kept her mouth open.

Undoubtedly bullseye showed some great aim, but Hawkeye showed unreal accuracy

Anyway, whomever gets off first will most likey win.

Bullseye destroys Hawkeye in devastating fashion in absolutely any incarnations of the two characters.

You guys need to remember that Hawkeye can use only arrows, while Bullseye can use anything he can get his hands on. The man killed a fly with a thumbtack while in a full body cast FFS.

The way I see it, this fight ends in 1 second.
Both have their weapons at the ready right? Shouldn't it take less time to open your fingers to release an arrow rather than having to extend your entire arm to throw an object? With that being said I think Hawkeye wins unless they start out of sight from each other.
