I've gotta say that Indy wins these. He just has more focus, and I don't think that we've ever seen Jack "bloodlusted." I mean, he just literally drops into situations where he has to surrender or fight, and his fights are based on luck - that's the Jack Sparrow we all know and love.

Plus there's the fact that Sparrow isn't exactly careful with artifacts - where Indy would be "THAT BELONGS IN A MUSEUM!!! RAWR!!"

Indy's fought on ships before, quite a few times actually. I definitely think he's got this.

Indy whips Jacks sword out of his hand and throws it in a museum. Done.

Or the whip disarms the sword bearer. Indy is clearly the better h2h fighter, so if he disarms Jack he can beat him

Considering Jack's guns are inferior, I'd say sure.

They are inferior but he's made some pretty good shots with them. And even a glancing hit from one of those guns would literally tear a chunk out of Indy.

If they're sitting in each others' lap, sure. But older guns are not that accurate, and modern pistols outstrip them in everywhere. So in a quick draw, Indy wins more often than not.

Jack is a drunk with luck. Indy isn't a drunk and he doesn't need luck. Although there always seems to be a rabbits' foot abound in his field of four leaf clovers as well. At the end of the day jack is just another guy with a sword and Indy doesn't even have time for guys like that.

Jack fought pretty evenly with a centuries old pirate lord, and is probably one of the most skilled combatants in the Pirates verse. Considering he's fought on even terms with and beaten the biggest and best fighters that universe has to offer.

Barbosa, Blackbeard, Will Turner, Davy Jones, etc...

Jack's also much more in tune with his environment. Seemingly to a Jackie Chang-esque level where he can not only use it to his advantage, but to his opponents detriment.

Indy opens up Jack's face with the whip and then disarms him before going into Harrison Ford drunken boxing mode.

Indy for the win.
