I never said it was the same punch or that he could pull that off all the time. But Cain was falling for a good while and gave him plenty of time to cock his arm back and charge up. Because just like we're not going to say Skaar can hit with x100,000,000,000,000 tons of force all willy nilly, we're not going to see he can casually punch someone into orbit.
Ah, yes of course, I'm not saying Skaar could've pulled it off without the Old power. What I'm saying is that Black Adam is more than capable of sending someone of Cain's size into orbit on his own power, which is true.

And the only reason Hulk could pull that move off is because they were locked up in a pushing match.
How do you figure? Hulk only needed to grab Juggs when he had any forward momentum and pull him into that direction.

As for Onslaught. Onslaught doesn't even make any sense. But he did send him flying with TK, which at that point Cain had no defense against and the fight was off panel anyway so we don't even know what happened.
One way or another, it stands as an occasion in which Cain was clearly bfr'd. Which is a feat that as been replicated several times since by purely physical means.

Hulk casually BFR him during WWH.
Juggernaut apparently can't stop running once he starts, and putting him in a lake is apparently sufficient to get him out of the fight? Sure Pak, whatever you say, lol.
