No, it was a strawman. Pretty blatant one, really.

Well, you've learned something, today. Hope you do something better with it.

Now you're just straight up lying. Reminds of the time when you lied about the Neonazis not stealing Walt's money on the Breaking Bad thread.

Those were the good times.😂

How so? As far as I recall, I have only occasionally done some aggressive posturing, and a few insults here and there on the Comic book or Movie Forums, especially when I was having a troll-contest with some particularly obstinate people who were doing the same crap to me. But never twisting someone else's argument just to gain brownie points in an online debate. Not to mention that doing that on the GDF could land me a warning or worse a temp ban.

The last time I remember you doing something like that was on an offtopic thread in the comicbook forums, but maybe I'm putting too much emphasis into an honest misread (or two) of an argument.

I don't think I've seen you debate in a formal/serious setting that often either, so it could've been the troll examples you bring up. I praise your patience on addressing our passing comments.

Anyways, I didn't strawman, and you would know this if you followed through Astner and my discussion.

It might not have been strawman, it could've been just an introduction of a new topic, as people are allowed to discuss several things at once as long both are aware of it and have similar expectations. Because low intelligence being linked with bigotry, doesn't mean humility is linked with high intelligence, in any case, it's just tangential to that original topic. But I don't think your claim is final in making that correlation, and as such calling it a strawman might be going too far. Not sure if I make myself clear 🙁

This is what your post should have said:

"Reminds of the time when you stated facts about what was seen on screen regarding the Neonazis not stealing Walt's money on the Breaking Bad thread because Walt shook on the deal.

Those were the good times.😂"

Yes, they were good times.

I think one could possibly argue that Walt was somewhat coerced.

They stole all the money!

A polite Frenchman. Now I just need to find a German who's never on time and a Brit allergic to tea.

And on that point, I would agree. It's not as black and white as Epicurus would like to strawman (he loves those) my point to be.

Bentley is a strange one. I've argued with him in the past, been wrong, but was happy about being wrong. I have no idea how he did that.

He doesn't seem to stake too much of himself into the discussion, and maintains some level of "I could be wrong", which is entirely healthy.

Bentley, from what little I have seen, might be one of the most level-headed posters here.

Yes.

Also, in case it did not come through properly, the person wrong in that argument with Bentley was me. I did not mean to imply that Bentley was wrong...stupid wording.

So, we area all decided that homosexuals are humans like everyone else? Good.

So, that's where the aliens went too.
A Ugandan tabloid has named the country's "200 top homosexuals", a day after President Yoweri Museveni signed into law a bill toughening penalties for gay people.
Is this because of religion? Could it be the one thing that Christianity and Islam agree on?

1. There is one God.
2. Nonbelievers are bad people.
3. Gays are bad people.
4. Angels are real.

Looks like more than one thing to me.

And a general dislike of anything too Jewy.

Jewish God = legit.
Jewish religious figures such as Adam, Eve, Moses = legit.
Jewish people = Awh hell no.
