What the **** are you talking about? They were shown after some time and the fight ended right there. Why would someone like Lobo would stop fighting when nothing happened to him? Not to mention he wanted revenge on Superman for bashing his head in Legion annual.
And who was stated to weaken by Superman's powers.

Just saw this so,,,,,,What? When did he stalemate Void Sentry? Was that when Sentry was thrashing him around the city and Namor was unable to mount any offense at all? Sorry, but if Sentry would have continued, Namor was going to die. When did just surviving a fight constitute as a stalemate?
