To assume all the Gods can't move that fast is ridiculous. They've all shown similar speed to Ares, but Ares was against humans, whereas they were against Titans of similar speed, but not equal. For example, Poseidon, Zeus, Heracles, Athena and Apollo were moving so fast they'd knock a Titan into the air, and then that Titan would slow to a crawl while they continued to phuck shit up.

No. Not even close. Several times we see how humans react to vampires, and they aren't nearly frozen in place. One guy is actively running as a vamp attacks him, even asks who's doing this.
If she saw the vamps like the humans saw the Gods, they'd be moving so fast they were invisible to her. So she couldn't even follow the fight.

When Edward was defending Bella at the end of the first Twilight movie, he and the guy he was fighting were moving so fast Bella could not track them. She only saw them when they slowed down.
