Nomi Sunrider vs Darth Zaanah

Battle takes place on Ambria; Zaanah is bloodthirsty; 5 meters apart.

Zannah could use her tendrils here, her abilities in sorcery are more developed than Aleema's, and her defensive abilities are very impressive.

That being said, I'm still working on placing Sunrider, so I'll get back to you.

I'd think Wall of Light, which repulses dark side energy, could block tendrils.

She did the planetary-scale one with the help of other Jedi, but she used it on her own against Ulic.

I'm not well versed in Nomi's combat abilities... (I don't think anyone is) so my automatic vote would have to be with Zannah via greater exposure...

She hasn't done a ton, but she has *crazy* force abilities, including severing sith lord Ulic Qel Doma from the force.

Battle meditation to the point it can control minds and turned attacking darkside creatures against each other. Saber skills were described as master level from almost the first time she picked up a blade.

And her power was in excess of any other living Jedi, even the likes of Thon, which is why she was chosen to focus the collective power of the Jedi to fry Yavin 4 with a wall of light.

Zannah wins this, and I'd say she does so fairly easily. Nomi is powerful but she never displayed any real prowess for 1v1 combat.

I gotta refresh my memory, I don't remember that at all... and since that's when Vodo is around, it's before Exar kills him, and thus I think also before Nomi faces Ulic one-on-one... brb.

*Edit* Nomi did in fact use the technique on him one on one, in the incident where she severed his powers, separate from this instance.

The instance above is when he was captured and taken to Coruscant, then Exar crashed the party, and the famous Exar vs Vodo showdown.

And, btw, Nomi didn't actually aim to use severe force- she just used Wall of Light on Ulic, underestimated her own strength, and cut him off from the force unintentionally.
