Well I think it's a pretty close fight. Against most skilled fighters I usually say Batman loses, but in this case I do consider his skill as higher than McClane, simply because McClane to me is more an ultra-tough brawler instead of a skilled fighter.

It can go either way, but I put just a bit more weight on Bat's skill (such as it is) over McClane's durability.
