1. Considering his idea of manly heroism is a suicidal retard who got everybody he commanded killed and ragequit when he went against his own plan and obviously failed, I doubt Quanchi knows how to make a proper fist.
2. Considering Quanchi is a 30+ year old who can't comprehend intellectual themes (such as of the STOS and TNG) and only likes the the mindless flashing pictures of the new films, I doubt he's ever learned a single dance move in his entire life. Rob is married, so I'd wager he danced at his wedding, so at least he has feats there.
3. Considering Quan spends most of his time cruising the internet with his pal-I mean "friend" looking at guys pictures, he'll probably get distracted by his lust for Robtard and get decapitated.

Round 2: Rob strikes me as having more rhythm. Not sure why...in any case, I give him the edge here.
Round 3: Same issue as round 1, though at least the swords would be a decent control.
Round 4: quanchi would defend his point of debate vehemently, about his one consistent quality. Robtard rounds out everything else, though, so he'll likely make the more convincing argument.
