Strength - Despero in VIRTUE and VICE was able to defeat a group of high heralds in a few panels. Namely, Superman, Captain Marvel, Wonder Woman and Power Girl.
WWH never demonstrated comprable strength in any of his depictions when taking on a team. Furthermore, I would like for Psycho Gundam to show when WWH has ever defeated a team comprable to the one Despero annihilated.
You can even add Savage Hulk if you like.
ADVANTAGE- DESPERO
Psionic Attack In CRISIS OF CONSCIENCE Despero easily overcame both Aquaman and more importantly the Martian Manhunter with his psionic attacks. This feat as well as others throught his career clearly rank him as a being beyond Omega Level in terms of psi abilities.
WWH never demonstrated resistance to an attack of this level.
ADVANTAGE- DESPERO
Strategy- Despero routinely takes on the most powerful team in the DCU. He is prepared for a variety of attacks and has more combat experience than WWH.
ADVANTAGE- DESPERO
In closing, Despero will launch above Omega Level psionic attacks combined with Trans level strength at WWH simultaneously. Nothing in the WWH arc demonstrates he can deal with such an onslaught,

How would he prevent him from doing it? By fighting him physically? Despero fought J'onn and Aquaman at the same time both physically and psychically. And he did the same thing later with Superman to an extent.
WWH could beat CoC Despero. He honestly could. But you're making excuses instead of debating, acting like Hulk can't possibly lose. That's where you fail.
