one thing i would like to correct. when WWH had his arms stuck in the ground and he pulls them out. he did not rip off his arms. his arms were stuck in the ground however they did not become one with the ground and if they were ripped off it would be shown. second of all you see his armor on his left arm? when he got his arms stuck in the ground he had part of his armor stuck there as well. if his arm was ripped off that means the armor would be ripped off as well and if his arm would heal it would be without the armor. however we see after that whole feat his armor is fine, his healing factor may heal his arm but not recreate his armor. therefor hulk just pulls out his hands from the ground and nothing more.
