Okay we have got to start setting ground rules for what qualifies as a Quan argument, because the phrase is being used for every little disagreement
Wolverine has better powers and more versatile weaponry. All cap has is his shield. But I will admit this is a subjective opinion.
Thing is, it's hard to judge who has greater reflexes and agility, which is arguably the main factor in this fight. I personally think Logan's are better, but cap is no snail himself. This is a hard fight to judge TBH. We may as well be debating comic versions.
Actually I like both and Cap and Wolverine, I just know what thier capable of. He is considered a bigger fanboy then mke cause he makes false claims with nothing backing it up. He just saids cap is faster, stronger, and more skilled without backing it up. I say it however I back it up.
Feats > Claims
so in this case
Me > Him because I have feats while he relies on claims with no evidence supporting it.

A strength feat of Logan is one shoting a guy who can take tank shells and not be injured. Thats more then cap has ever done.
Logan has better agile feats then Cap.
Dodging a guy who is hypersonic in fighting speed is more than cap has ever done.
