Sedriss attempts to force-choke Luke's cohort. Luke negates said attack. Sedriss then begins charging toward Luke. Luke owns him with a single TK gesture. /fight

The narrator is just using purple prose to try and make Sedriss sound more impressive than he was--but he certainly never 'gave Luke trouble', like you said.

Yes I know what the comic shows, but the comic is not the complete version. Jensaarai1 considers the radio play/audio drama (in which they fight for a bit before Luke uses the Force push) to be relevant and that's good enough for me.

Sedriss defeating Kam is also mentioned in Sedriss' entry in the Essential Character Guide, meaning it is indeed canon.

So yeah, Squidly-diddly gets beat.

It was not published so it didn't happen and so is not canon. Also the video may be good enough fro you but that doesn't mean it meets other peoples standards.

Though even then, Lightsider was when Kam was just turning and hadn't gotten any training from Luke, wasn't it?

Does establish him as significantly above the other DS elite, as Kam tooled their third-strongest member.
