She was a nexus being and could summon bits and pieces of alternate realities. She had no innate powers at all. But her reality altering power dwarfed Surfer's powers as shown when she casually summoned him against his will.
Combat feats apply when someone actually does something, not standing around and given lip service. But I guess Super-Skrull is above universal level reality manipulation too.
