Manta on average. I can see Danny pulling some wins if he goes all out. If he doesn't, it's over for him.

He has long ranged attacks and he's fast himself. Fast enough to fight someone like Deathstroke or Aquaman. Plus, he's one of the most formidable assassins in comics.

Manta's damage soak is pretty insane. To go up against someone like Aquaman who sent Superman flying.

Manta has always been a problem for Aquaman, though. Not an expert on him, but his history doesn't seem to change all that much, so it's possible to take into account all his feats.
