No he doesn't. After further observation, Sidious doesn't need a cane. Also he could beat any human on earth do to force augmentation. How we know he isn't weak is how he has been able to hold off Mace Windu and yoda, and savage oppress, and maul. So he definitly isn't weak. He doesn't need a cane. Sidious is way faster.

Wouldn't that count as EU here. The movies are what matters only as per the rules. So why would it grow beyond Lucas? He only has to deal with 6 movies and TCW.
