If you mean combat speed than yes they do. Sidious taking out three celebrated Jedi in seconds is pretty fast.

Sidious killed 3 Jedi masters all of which were on the high council. Very good Sidious.

No those are facts. Did kit kolar and tinn not go with windu, and did we not see them on the council and did Fisto not fight Grevious and win. This is a thing called implied feats.

They still have visible and implied feats. He took 3 highly skilled Jedi masters. They were up against Sidious so it's understandable. There feats are being on the council and being brought to fight Sidious by windu. Fisto defeated Grevious. Agen Fisto, and kolar all survived the clone wars and the fort battle,of Geonosis, Fisto and Tinn were definitly Jedi high generals, I believe Tinn and kolar were as well, Fisto at least didn't die instantly against Sidious he at least lasted a little longer than Tinn and kolar. So yes they have feats. They were killed fast by Sidious, one of the best of the best of not the best by that time.

The fight clearly showed his manipulation skills. The fact that there is no correct answer to the Sidious vs windu debate, there is plenty of evidence to show that Sidious threw the fight. He didn't need Anakin he just wanted to convert him.
