He resisted Charles. Charles > Sidious

Sidious chokes him to death. As long as Sidious doesn't fight stupid by charging Shaw, Sidious wins

Shaw can absorb impacts, but I doubt he can absorb his windpipe being sealed shut.

Lightsabre wouldn't do shit to Shaw, since he's shown to absorb energy/heat based attacks.

The Force though, not sure he has a defense against something like that. Sidious might also be able to **** with his mind:

No, as Shaw would absorb the force/pressure of Superman's hands trying to strangle him. Having Shaw do it to himself/swallow his own fist, is something entirely different.
