His breadth alone is almost equal to the length of an aircraft carrier. Which I reckon is a great deal bigger than Smaug. IIRC, the official weight they gave for him was 90,000

So to further add to your repertoire of KMC Clown Boi, you demonstrate a complete lack of basic science. Godzilla absorbs radiation yes, but nukes also pack a little thing called kinetic energy. Godzilla tanked the kinetic energy (not to mention temperature), which is above anything Smaug could ever output in a lifetime.
Also, the building didn't KO him. Numerous buildings fell on him as he was smashing through them. He got KOed because he was just done getting tag teamed by 2 MUTOs almost as big and durable as he is.
