bonus round: Bane from the Dark Knight Rises movie has just taken a successful injection of Mirakuru (from the Arrow TV show) and he's fighting the Winter Soldier from the Captain America: The Winter Soldier movie.
All of these fights take place in Gotham City.

In Arrow, every person that has been injected with the serum shrugs off bullets like they're nothing. Black Canary even says to Diggle that a high powered sniper rifle might not be enough to put down Slade, so he'd have to make it a head shot. Also, a random thug that was injected with the serum shrugged off pistol shots like they were nothing and it took a five grenades exploding right underneath him to put him down. The serum also enhances the person's speed, agility, and strength to unreal levels. Soon after he was injected, Slade casually punched a hole in a man's sternum.
1. It will start as a draw, but Bane eventually loses.
Winter Soldier is stronger, faster, and never gets tired; I guess around 2x the physical capabilities of Bane. Bane's serum will eventually wear off, and that's where WS gets the upper hand.
Bane is a lot smarter though, so it's not a stomp in any stretch.
2. No idea of current Bane. Haven't read enough of the newer DC comics with Bane in it.
3. Bane kills WS with ease. Especially if WS dares to engage him in melee.

I also wanted to post the scene where Bane casually hurls a massive stone structure across the room, because I think it is one of his best brute strength feats:

He's the more skillful fighter. Plus he's fast. Bane's more brute than anything. But don't let him catch you, ha.
This fight kinda reminds me of a fight I recently saw on a show called a game of thrones with someone called the mountain and a skillful warrior prince called Oberyn. The Mountain's the biggest man in the land, and is just a strong vicious barbarian and he tossed the prince around a few times during this fight but the prince defeated the big guy handily via skill but, crap happened and I don't wanna spoil it. And I probably did already, oh well. Now the winter soldier doesn't really talk and Bane is slower but again just don't let the big guy catch you is all. And I don't think Bucky would let himself be caught by Bane ever. He's just too fast and that smart for that. He's very anticipatory, as well ..
