bane has some degree of increased speed for sure. a slow ock certainly isn't going to kill a team of multiple talons within a few seconds, after all:

anywho...given bane's feats, not classifying him as a solid meta-class character would be a huge disservice to him, imo.
^ 'recent' is the key word. the venom stays active in bane's system for a(yet unrevealed) duration of time--and while it's still in his system, he's got meta-level stats. with a fresh hit of venom, however, he can *arguably* step beyond that tier. how else do you explain him one-shotting clayface and owning multiple batman-rogues(inc. scarecrow, mister freeze, man-bat, croc, etc.) of whom were all amped on his venom at the time..?:

This fight kinda reminds me of a fight I recently saw on a show called a game of thrones with someone called the mountain and a skillful warrior prince called Oberyn. The Mountain's the biggest man in the land, and is just a strong vicious barbarian and he tossed the prince around a few times during this fight but the prince defeated the big guy handily via skill but, crap happened and I don't wanna spoil it. And I probably did already, oh well. Now the winter soldier doesn't really talk and Bane is slower but again just don't let the big guy catch you is all. And I don't think Bucky would let himself be caught by Bane ever. He's just too fast and that smart for that. He's very anticipatory, as well ..
I think the current Bane might be too much for him.
