The issue reference was in the scans' file and folder names. THOR #447. So, you're comparing the droids focused on Captain America, and Thor coming behind and zapping them with a lightning strike when they're not focused on him, to Masterson Thor getting them going right after him? It doesn't look the same at all, even ignoring what the writer had Cap say.
Almost missed this gem.
😂
You're the one who originally claimed Captain America compared Masterson to Thor in reflexes in an attempt to make the Spider-Man/Masterson encounter applicable to the real Thor in some backwards way:

Captain America compared Masterson Thor to Thor in speed the issue prior to Spidey blitzing him. Seems like it's a valid example, but it's not even imporant.
Which is a flat out lie and he did no such thing unless my issue is missing pages or you have a special edition comic:

Lol.Almost missed this.
Where did he do this?
Actually, here's Thor in the same training session:
Yea, if these scenes prove anything, it's that Masterson and Thor are comparable in regards to battle competency and reflexes. 😂
I made no definitive claim about direct reflex comparisons in those two scans BUT the writer noted how Masterson had poor combat instincts and reflexes while to the real Thor, fighting was as natural as breathing.
You may disagree, but I think the implication there (Further supported by the entire Masterson Thor run) is that he's no comparable to Thor in warrior instincts or combat.
Or we could use a more direct comparison:

Maybe because unless you have better examples, Superman's speed advantage is too great? This is the best relevant speed feat for Thor I know of.
http://static.comicvine.com/uploads/scale_super/10/104912/2984631-thor+microsecond.jpgReacting to something in a few microseconds. Superman, by comparison, has shown greater than nanosecond time perception. And you react quicker than you perceive time.

Even if we lowball Superman to a "mere" nanosecond and exaggerate Thor's feat to a single microsecond, there's 1,000 nanoseconds in a microsecond. This would give Superman the equivalent of nearly 17 minutes of free, unanswered punches to Thor's face before he can react. Even if they're less effective, you think Thor wouldn't be overwhelmed and KOed by the time he even knew he was in a fight? Or does Thor have better relevant speed showings?
Microseconds are probably Thor's greatest "quantifiable" super speed showing. Definitive numbers such as those are rather rare in his comics.
Fortunately, I don't think those are the only true measure of speed. 🙂
The recent God of Thunder comic for instance has more than one example of characters fighting, reacting or what have you while moving at faster than light speeds.
I guess you could use more scientific forms of measurement such as Thor deflecting energy or Thor reacting and dodging attacks from Skuttlebutt (While they're moving at many times the speed of light) but I think fights are probably more relevant here.
You're of course free to disagree, and you probably will, but it is what it is.
