Morons. Do any of you even READ the X-Men? Pietro Maximoff (Quicksilver) and Wanda (Scarlet Witch) are twins, not husband and wife, though they both were part of the Avengers at one time. Additionally, they are Magneto's kids, and should definitely be in the next movie. And you mean SunFIRE, who is Shiro Yoshida, the Japanese superhero who can make flame and fly. Oh, and Blink is a girl, and was not the kid on the basketball court in X1. She has a teleportational power similar to Nightcrawler’s in application but very different looking, and she can bring with her far more mass and teleport longer distances. Beast was the scientist on the TV in X2 - way back in the first X-Men series, he was normal looking, without fur, just big hands and feet. Apocalypse is kind of hard to just "sneak in there" - there's an enormous backstory involving Xavier's mutant son David Haller (Legion) going back in time to kill Magneto and accidentally killing Xavier instead, in which an alternate timeline is created where everyone is different without Xavier and Magneto founds the X-Men and it's up to Bishop to save the entire world (Also the world where Magneto marries Rogue, as you refer to). Several movies in itself right there, or one really long one. As for Gambit, I have heard that the directors seem to think his character will be too similar to Wolverine's, which it won't if they do it right. Rogue also already has this pseudo-romantic thing going on with Logan, so Remy's presence, if they do get together, will just worsen things. Secret Wars takes place in an alternate universe, and is the impetus for Spider Man's villian Venom, among many many many other things. Another long story and potentially awesome movie, if done correctly. Artie Maddocks can “see” and project peoples’ dreams (day or night), and was rescued from the Morlock tunnels, and is a friend of Franklin Richards, the son of Mr. Fantastic and the Invisible Woman of the FF. Damn it, spell Sentinels correctly! Both Hugh Jackman and Halle Berry are interested in their own spinoff movies, and I think Wolverine’s will be much cooler than Storm’s, but they both could be pretty awesome if they did their early childhood instead of having them leave the X-Men and go off doing other things. Rogue is 1) NOT Mystique’s daughter, although Nightcrawler is her son – Mystique took care of Rogue as part of the BoEM, which apparently never happened in the movie timeline. 2) Doesn’t get her flight, invulnerability or strength until she absorbs the powers of Ms. Marvel (Carol Danvers). And Siryn (Theresa Cassidy) is not spelled any other way (Syryn, Siren, Syren, etc…) Bolivar Trask, the man responsible for the creation of the Sentinels, was NOT killed in any of the movies, although he is mentioned. Hellfire Club would be kick ass – especially the very sexy White Queen. If they do the Dark Phoenix saga, the Hellfire Club will be essential. Sorry to bust this all out at once, but it bugs me when people get things wrong, especially movie directors. Like Spider Man’s ORGANIC web shooters? Not cool. I mean, kind of cool in principle, but not correct.
All heard it before plus that stuff about gambit being to similar was said before x-2 even came out, schuler and the others have changed their tune about that,so there's a definite chance he's in x-3.Plus they won't do any other timelines,it's getting complicated enough with the timeline and the characters they have.Schuler also hinted that the hellfire club won't be in x-3,though probably will be in any one of the furture movies.
OK... i was originally going to say to Shadow King, that the "because i said so" defense really doesn't fly. But... Here comes Fe2. Look "fe" this has been a pretty good, thought provoking conversation so far, so drop the name calling, will ya? I am trying to tell from the "War and Peace" length entry you submitted if you are male or female..why? If your a guy, please get laid soon, if your a girl.. buy a puppy. You have some serious anger management issues. Sorry to everyone other than "fe" Had to get that off my chest
