X-Men 3 - Possible Synopsis, Characters.

I just had a thought... they could re-invent Cyclops if they make him edgier, moody. This could easily be explained as a grieving husband angry at the world. This would obviously be a test of whomever played the part of Cyclops. A Cyclops with a 'tude could be very cool!!

i will say this again i think marsden did a good job its just they didnt give him a stronger role in the film..

marsden isn't capable of filling a larger role imo... if he was he'd have had it by now.

its not marsden's fault its cyclops fault.

because cyclops isnt a bigger character than wolverine... if cyclops was a bigger and better character than wolverine. marsden would have had a bigger better role than he did.

so its the writers (of the comics) fault?

voice... actions... when u watched it you knew he was he leader even if u'd never watched it before...

still i think marsden could have done a good job as a leader if BS gave his character a leadership role.

but he wouldn't for two reasons: marsden is nowhere in the same league as stewart, mckellan, or even dare i say jackman. and the writers were lookin to overplay the logan/jean thing imo.

its the two things imo... do u think if say (as paola said) brad pitt was in it, that cyclops wouldnt have had a huge role? he would have, because its a big name actor...
