He was overconfidemt. If I just shocked the greatest Jedi of that time and was successful and all of my were coming to success I would be cocky to. Still he can still use the force to disarm him of his weapons or use lightning or fly or use precog to see what he can do or speed blitz him.

No, his skills did that. You can't prove his precog did so since his own force lightning hit him because Yoda redirected it back at him as well.
Also you can't prove precog helped in any way in this fight. 😂

Again your evidence help how. He was hit so to was yoda. Your point is. If you cared to read Sidious was also overconfidemt at that moment as everything he wanted had just come to flourish. Precog is still useful and is used during the clone wars when the Jedi fight droids, there are times when they use precog to detect where the shots come from. Also Sidious used precog throughout the time of the empire, remember the line everything has gone as I have FORESEEN.
