You have nothing here: Palpatine typically carries only one lightsabre and why would he have to put it/them away before rag-dolling Khan, when he can opt to just rag-doll first? Stop scripting already.

IOW: You have no counter to Khan being rag-dolled and cut into bits with a lightsabre.

There's plenty of examples of people being disarmed in TCW, but then dodge their attacker for bit, pick their weapon(s) back up and carry on fighting.

Kenobi against Ventress (TCW Movie), Anakin against Dooku (TCW Movie), Dooku against Ventress and Opress (TCW S3 Witches of the Mist), and so many other examples throughout the series. Heck even Anakin vs Kenobi in ROTS!

EmperorSidious2 is 100% right. Maul wasn't at Sidious's feet begging for mercy until Sidious smacked him around with the Force.

Let's time out how long it takes Palpatine to rag doll after putting his sabers away.

Why put them away if he didn't have to ? Is he going to arm himself or not ? Khan will start firing right out of the gate.

In the clip above two inferior opponents lasted minutes against someone vastly more skilled and more powerful with the same abilities.

Speculation. That was the first chance he had to speak after he was disarmed. He knew his only chance was with a light saber. Palpatine is a lot more force powerful than Maul. Maul can't even force lightning, bro.
