Hakumen is at full strength, with the exception of his Time Killer.

Ryuko is also at full strength, though does not have her super golden cool clothing Jesus powers she has at the end of the series.

Battle takes place in Man of Steel Metropolis.

I am literally the only person who knows about both of these characters.

Anyway, in terms of striking strength Hakumen might edge Ryuko out and can easily nullify her immortality, but Ryuko is at least as quick to react and is easily more mobile, with probably better destructive capacity.

just how fast is Ryuko anyway? isn't Hakumen supposed to be massively hypersonic+? or have I been hearing wrong about Blazblue top tiers?

and it says here that Hakumen is at full strength... the strongest we've ever seen him at was at around 40% (I think it even said so in story) around the time of Chrono Phantasma. so can we even properly judge how powerful he'd be at 100% power?

Ryuko and Satsuki are massively hypersonic by like, episode 23 or so apparently. Mach 3,000+. Ryuko also happens to be much faster in terms of actually moving around.

But can she actually beat him?

I can't imagine why not. The physical disparity between BlazBlue and Kill la Kill is either nonexistent or with a small edge to BlazBlue (Unless I am forgetting a KlK feat).

Ryuko got propositioned for a date by Mako on the last episode, and they went on a date at the end after she and Satsuki beat Ragyo. And poor Gamagoori, he'd been crushing on Mako for a while.

So is Hakumen really strong enough to take on Ryuko? This question mostly stems from me having no clue as to who he is.

He should be able to have a good fight with anything before super saiyan Ryuko, as far as I know.
