well, from what I've seen of Chrono Phantasma, you have Take-Mikazuchi, a semi-sentient weapon capable of obliterating an entire city with ease. Ragna by this point in time is powerful enough to kill it, albeit with difficulty. Hakumen is around 30-40% of his full power in CP and is one of the high tiered characters in terms of gameplay, top tier in actual story, capable of still giving Ragna a literal run for the money. probably could've killed the main villain of the story now if not for her being immune to his best attack. oh and he also permanently killed Terumi/Hazama too.
