Yeah, so suburbia was definitely the opposite of how I was picturing this series coming back with a bang, so I have suddenly lost much hope in this.

They probably need plenty of vodka in Alaska, too.

True, on the vodka, and, even worse, the suburbia.

While i enjoyed Predator 2 back in the day, in some sort of urban environment really works best. Isolation, man alone in nature...thats the stuff.

The books were pretty fun, but its been years since i read them.
The second one's the one you made me recall.

The first story "Concrete Jungle" they used that for Predator 2 obviously changing the main character.

^^^other way around, i think.
Still, seems like theyre going that route yet again.

Nope the story came first before they decided to do Predator 2.

1989 for the Concrete Jungle Story.

If you say so. Its listed as 1995.
I know i watched both movies well before i read the books, but that doesnt mean they werent around for a bit.

Alien vs Predator 2, the best PC game based off of 80's movies probably.

All I have is the AVP Gold Edition. AND I STILL GOT THE SHORTS IT CAME WITH!!!!!

I'm playing like the first level of Avp2 as the predator and then I switch into "predator view mode" because their helmets had thermal vision and all these different types of visions..and this other predator is just standing there and he hands me a gun.

WHY WAS HE THERE?! This person traveled billions of lightyears just to hand me a gun? Something is not right.

I still murdered like 18 humans by throwing a disc at them though. Stupid marines didn't even know invisible aliens were helping the..invisible aliens.

He probably just took pity on you.

I stabbed a marine in the throat with a spear gun and then I wondered what his family would be told? But then I stopped caring and murdered even more marines.

I was "hunting" them, invisibly.

Wimp.

I bet their families were told they died in a helicopter crash or something. But no, I just straight up gutted them. Ha!

But it's okay because my culture is all about hunting.

Eh. They are space marines. Their families expect them to get killed by bugs or what not. They just waiting on those comp checks.

I feel the Kyle Katarn death cry should be added to every cinematic death.

YouTube video

He REALLY knows how to die. Now imagine a Predator killing someone and they make that sound? It's like..how could you NOT become a serial killer?

The AVP 2 is a good game...but damn the levels are short.

Predators was on TV today, and it was at one of my fave parts.

The ever awesome Walton Goggins waxing poetic.
