We have seen him hit people throughout the films. Just because he has ko'd one guy we don't ignore the numerous other fights where he has failed to oneshot or even ko his opponent.

Gump's stamina/endurance >>> McClane's.

Based off the percentages McClane kos less than ten percent of the guys he fights in one blow. My hose are terrible odds, sport.
