Loki is horribly slept on in terms of power, he is a formidable opponent.
He destroys superman.
Heres how, turns into his astral form, leaving copies of himself to fight, analyzes supermans dna, reveals to himself supermans glaring weakness to red sun radiation, returns back to his phyiscal form, changes into a cloud of red sun radiation, then allows juggernaut to destroy him.
Loki plays a pivotal role in this thread, with him, the villains win...without him, they lose.

There are many ways Loki could win, and if he used his powers to its fullest extent, I would argue that Loki would solo.
Similar to the surtur incident, he could have countless illusions which would no doubt trick all members, have countless copies equal in power, blasting away. This would only leave Wonder Woman to have any sense of Loki, who can and will turn intangible & invisible, she will be killed first with the flame sword, he will and can absorb the magical entities that Wonder Woman possesess, as he did to dormammu, absorbed his powers.
He will and can cast a spell over the entire area, halfing and sapping supermans & MM's strength, and increasing his own too 100 tons+
Like ive shown, he can animate objects which grow in strength in proportion to its target, he can use the very ground itself too engulf The Flash and crush him. While everyone is busy trying to locate him, he can focus in on both Superman and MM's DNA structure.
Superman will be half as strong as he usually is, so when loki realizes he is in fact, weak to red sun radiation, he will become red sun radiation, engulfing the remaining hero's, with superman nearly down and out, one powerful magical blast will at least KO him, if not kill him. He can transmute any and all of Hal's attacks into what ever he likes, or just turn him into snow or a toad.
Aquaman is pure fodder.
MM is the biggest challenge, but loki is superior, if he decides to fight him, a magic gauntlet is not a far, an he will pummel J'on.
Or turn him into snow aswell.
Not only is Loki a genius, he has better control over magic, than that of Doctor Strange, and he is far more cunning.
In character - loki loses as he is always written poorly and nerfrd
Written to his best utilizing his powers - loki could be one of the most formidable opponents to any herald & sub -skyfather opponent with weak magical abilities.
Someone with magical abilites, would no doubt be a better matchup.
