3) I forget what the Sword of Superman did. IIRC, it merged him with the Universe making him god or something?

Nope, DCnU Superman rips Thor in half.

Also the sword was the power of God himself and was merging Superman with the whole universe.

2. No combat feats that I know of for that Superman

3. No feats for that sword that I know of either, but based on narration it supposedly made superman "god".

Just like Superman and Venom have something in common.

Kicking Thor/Doomsday's asses. And getting knocked out by a JLA level foe isn't a bad showing per say, Johns was obviously trying to establish Orm's threat level. Getting beat up by Venom while you have Avengers to back you up? Embarrassing to the nth level. But enough with low showings.

Or he could resist it like he did against Lexus who was shown destroying planets and the blast would've killed Pax Galactica. A single member of Pax was strong enough to break a continent sized worldship apart in a single strike and match Superman in strength.

So not seeing how its just that easy for John to beat Superman here when Superman can take blasts from planet busters.

Superman also takes several attacks from Multitude, magical weapon from 5th dimensional which killed Mxy's older form in one attack and destroyed 230 worlds instantly.

I don't know what you're trying to accomplish with this "Ocean Master" stuff as if Thor hasn't been knocked out by his own lightning.

And unlike Superman, he doesn't even has magic weakness. So storm beats him now?
