Those same kryptonians beat the shit out of Phantom Stranger. And they have super-strength for some reason under Phantom Zone.

There's an alarming amount of speculation in that claim such as how powerful Captain Marvel's lightning is which made even more flimsy by the fact Captain Marvel hasn't done shit all that is worth noting as far as I know.
He is a top tier going by both Johns portrayal and his fight with Superman/Adam. That's not a speculation. That's a fact.

That Orm defeated the whole JLA? Since when Thor goes around oneshotting teams with lightning? But I like how Superman tanking attacks from Multitude or Lexus is ignored for a single low showing.
