Penance Stare vs Batman

If Ghost Rider gave Batman the stare how would Bruce fare?

He'd suffer. Jason Todd guilt, on.

Guilt doesnt come into it anymore.

Batman has killed when avoidable.
He has influenced pain and suffering on others.
So he will suffer.

Batman stares back and Rider's skull explodes.

And then it reforms instantly.

But with a permanent look of horror in his skull.

In which he loves. And thanks batman before pulling him in half.
