This was Naruto at his weakest. This hit would take a couple on that team out.

You know even his initial burst at orochimaru was followed by sakura and kabuto's glare right? Mags has reacted to his son's speed, something that makes speedblitz from Narutoverse pale in comparison.

Its definitely fast so lets have the possibility of that working on Magneto without shields, what about the rest?

Would blitzing poccy and sinister even work?

The Rinnegan as versatile as the power cosmic? Did I really just see that? Things in this thread are just moving from level of absurdity to the next.

She was most likely the first to mold chakra but everything has Chakra. The Rinnegan has reflected TP before. The Sharigan can most likely aswell.

Just because animals and plants have Chakra does not invalidate the fact that Chakra originates from the Shinju tree and that Kaguya by eating from it was the first person to have Chakra. Really this is a stupid argument, its like saying the speed force abilities only effect dc characters.

And what basis is there to declare Chakra specifc, but DBZ or Fist of the North Star chi universal?

It's all variant's on Chi energy, which Marvel has in abundance.

Anyways, the points rather moot, as the rules address this issue by assuming a shared universe where all mechanics apply, using Flash as an example. It's why Jesses Custers "word of god" power can be used, or the Anti Life Equation, or the Worlogog, which are all certainly universe specific.

I'm not arguing anything anymore. Once we rule out Genjutsu they really have no chance. Which is lame. I honestly think we should let them have it, but whateva.

Er I meant stuff like sharingan hacks. The whole no chakra thing made me think the eye hacks would be uneffective. But yeah Kakashi's kamui can get shit done.

Concerning the Battlefield
Unless otherwise stated by the thread originator, the standard distance between combatants will be .5 kilometers in line of sight at the onset of battle, and there will be an implied "buzz" to signify the onset of battle. It will be assumed combatants are primed to go at the gun.

Also, all characters, regardless of where the fight takes place, or what universe/medium they are native to, will have full access to their abilities at optimum efficiency as they are depicted in their native universes. It will be assumed that each character fights as they are normally presented regardless of battle locale. This means that, for example, Flash will in fact have SpeedForce abilities if the battle took place in Marvel Manhattan. Battles will always take place on an assumed equal playing field.

Yup optimal efficiency assumes that it would work the same way, so such powers should still work on any human with life force. And honestly even without that Rule I'd just assume marvel chi works as Chakra, because why else use them?

Exactly genjutsu and Lord Rand's jedi mind trick should be viewed as effectively the same thing.

Meh. Magneto's speed feats are strong enough to shield the team from an incoming blitz. There's a scan somewhere stating his reaction levels are 1450% that of normal humans - let that sink in for everybody.

So Magneto thinks 'shield', and the mutants are shielded. Then Exodus and Mr Sinister, each ranked in the world's top 5 telepaths, go to work. Selene too, for that matter. Meanwhile, Magneto rips the iron from his opponent's blood, and Apocalypse delivers a 'strong overcoming the weak' speech.

All of that can happen within the opening second of the battle, and, unlike team Naruto, requires no movement - or eye contact - whatsoever.

Isn't that actually just below or right at the speed of sound? Assuming These guys are as fast as they say, they could still blitz him easily

Tsukuyomi nor Kamui require eye contact. Both Kakashi and Itachi have reacted to real lightningbolts.

The fact that the group is powerful telepaths is the best argument, none of them to my knowledge have the consistent speed to just dismiss a blitz however.

I think Magneto has the best speed feats of the bunch - responding to blitzes from Quicksilver, raising a shield to block Dazzler's blast as/after she fires it - and probably reacts first.

Well the rules clearly state any powers work at their optimal point within their native universe. Since Chakra is in everything but machines and stones in naruto universe it would work here. That's the whole point of the rule for things like the ALE and stuff to still work fine despite not working in other universe, or how current IG's don't work outside of their universe but they would here
