He obviously used a spell, almost everything he does is a spell. Here he easily brings back Bor and also casts a spell to mess with his perception:

Shed a lot of light = first time I've actually seen it.

So, carvster, I showed an old scan of Loki casually warping reality.

But nooooooo it was too old.

I showed a recent scan of him doing it casually twice to Bor, a guy giving OF Thor fits.

So yeah, matter manipulation is simple for him.

I showed Vulcan shutting people powers off more than once. I showed him attack people internally via their energy. This is a quick draw match and I think Vulcan is faster.

No, Vulcan is not faster than thoughts can travel.

I dont know why I or anyone else didnt say this earlier but all of Loki's powers are directly derived from his magic(spells)

Warping reality...Loki is using powerful spells

He is a sorcerer, trained all his life, hell he mastered his astral abilities while a child.

He is a sorcerer first and foremost, one very powerful one at that

Loki turns Vulcan into a pile of dog shit straight away.

Vulcan has FTL fts and out of 10, it is common for Vulcan to do what I said in combat.
