If you could write a MARVEL VS DC story, what would be the premise?

Now this apple will be completely ignore by most, but lets say oh, superman or someone comes across the apple and instantly recognises it isnt from the DC "Reality" because of some plot device power he has, and obviously see's a weird thingy inside it and thinks "boy, I should really get this interesting apple to someone really smart, maybe...Batman"

He takes the apple to Batman, who is pretty dumbfounded by where this apple comes from, but obviously realizes quite quickly that it has a tracking device inside it.

Unable to find its origin or locate the tracker, he puts it into storage until one day it is possible to do the former & the latter. Meanwhile in Marvel; Reed has given up on the apple and just carries on with his normal studies i.e save the world with something uber from time to time because I am that smart.

Now, back in DC, Brainiac 5 has came from the future to wage war, for whatever reason...
He obviously and easily finds Batmans batcave. He raids it personally with a few of his "bots" or whatever.
Comes across the apple, which he instantly realizes..."what the **** is that"

Now, Brainiac is defeated by JLA, but he has taken the Apple back with him to the 30th century(or 31st if you're picky) for furthur examination, breaks it all down with his superior intellect & superior and uber advanced tech that it is in fact, from a reality extremely similar to his own...he manages to reverse the tracking device so it is able to take him to its last location, but obviously for plot he sends it back in time to his younger self(the one living in the time he had previously waged war in) in the strongest theory he may be transported to a place that no longer exists, simply because of how far he is in the future from the time he actually swiped it from the Batcave.

Brainiac that is in the main time continuum recieves it, with instructions on what to do and what it is.

Now, upon transporting down the exact same path it travelled to get to DC...he has torn that very path inside out on itself, creating a portal for all to pass through(how? I dont know it just does for plot)
He is now in Reed Richards lab, who...well isnt home...braniac...being brainiac just takes allllllllllllll of reeds awesome universe busting capability thingy bobs back with him, and he quite clearly doesnt care about the portal, he just leaves it.

Reed arrives home, and reed being reed doesnt go thru the portal like an idiot, he monitors it blah nlah blah all nerd shit, and finds out that its a rip in reality, a literal doorway to another reality.

He alerts Sheild...and various other super groups and organisations.

So now A LOT of supers are involved, NY has been locked down.

A lot of abstracts and cosmic beings are also aware, BUT do not intervene unless they're threatened and they feel the Marvel U is threatened.
Of course Big G is on hand too, because of surfer, we see Galactus giving input etc etc etc (when really he only has his best interests at heart)

The Sentry, along with all other telepaths on earth mask New York from all outside interference ie no one can see whats happening.

But Loki being able to sense Thor's whearabouts and thoughts n shit, alerts all villains of this rip in reality. Along with various evil dudes having spies n shit infiltrating sheild and oter organisations at that current time so many villains know already, and alert the rest too.

OBVIOUSLY the exact same thing has been happening in DC.
Villains from both sides along with heros are all aware of this rip BUT have not passed through it yet.

From there I dont know where it would go or what would happen.
But what ever, Im not a writer. But it would just be a big uber series in which many die obviously and this time its not the cosmic forces or abstract entities forcing the battle, they are forced into battle themselves.

I see a crossover Between Batman & X-Men in this story, Batman has been studying the events when his Universe and Marvel's Universe combined wanting more answers on how it happened with his studies he use a time machine back to the event with both Universes and while everything is going on he observes the events going on when a couple of X-Men villains notice him watching whats going on and they attack him the villains they quickly overwhelm Batman while he is out they proceed to turn him into a Cyborg and rewire his mind he becomes a Reaver they team up well but Batman eventually starts having his memory come back so he eventually escapes while on the streets he scares people with his Cyborg body and have the cops called on him they come and try and arrest him they fail while he is escaping he is attacked by X-Men- Cyclops, Wolverine, Beast, & Psylocke after a decent battle they capture Batman and ask him what is his intention He tells them what happened they take him back to the school where he rests from his ordeal eventually he gets back to his reality with some cybernetic upgrades. Could be more of a story just got lazy.

The heroes discover their realities exist in a Transcosmic Versus Forum, where the members (the "Membra Abstracto"😉 set up the fights.

Barring that, I always thought the idea of Galactus being responsible for the destruction of Krypton was a natural for a crossover starting point.

Everybody from Superman to Wonder Woman to Aquaman to Batman to even Robin would take their turns owning Thanos like a redheaded step-child.

Then Superman would look at the Avengers, hanging their heads in shame, and he would ask, "Why do you have such trouble with that little *****? Oh yeah, your 3 biggest guns are a naked metallic hippie on a space board trying to be deep, an annoying green painted emo pussy with a case of 'roid rage, and a pedo small god from a small world."

Then, the JLA would give each other high fives before going to Denny's. While Death thanked the JLA for getting rid of an annoying stalker.

The best candidate for your premise Mindship, would be Deadpool.

Comes across a comic book forum while looking for porn....deathstroke beat me? **** no!....and the rest is history

I'd start with the LT waking up on the moon and telling everyone a man with a red cape and a big S on his chest knocked him out with a single uppercut to one of his chins.

Yeah, last time I talked to Living Tribunal, I told him long time, I haven't seen him in like 73 seconds. Asked him how he's been, if he's lost weight. He said he's gained weight. I asked how much. Both before and after frying. I think LT has a problem.

The LT turns the BLT to solid kryptonite, upon which, superman breaks his fist on which sends shockwaves across totality but only kills Thanos.

Then Batman pops up from no where and growls "I'm the Batman" and Batkickd LT out of existence & mocks Superman for being such a ***.

And then Batman wakes-up and realizes he was knocked-out from Superman's punch that killed Thanos, but nobody else. But he does take immense satisfaction at having kicked Silver Surfer in the groin so hard he spontaneously developed balls to be hurt with. Also, he kicked Hulk so hard he gained balls before losing them.

And then Hulk wakes up only to realize he actually killed Batman, got knocked out by superman, who then in turn knocked LT out, who then killed Thanos simply by falling over, then cyclops ****ed Jean, so Wolverine cut him in half, then Xavier turned him into a vegetable, so Namor decided to fight Aquaman, Namor dies, and then Squirrel Girl killed everybody mentioned in this thread apart from Deadpool aho she has kids with, which go on to murder both of them, and then kill TOAA and The Presence, and become rulers of all totality.
And the mxy gets bored.

And then we all die as a result of comic dom exploding in on itself.

Until Doctor Who sonic screwdrives totality back together, and we forget about everything apart from an immortal space toad who remembers it all to clearly, and vows to take over the universe.

But Thanos is still dead & Superman lost his hand.

He's achieved a feat that no one else can do even when trying at their utmost best, he simply killed Bruce Wayne.....thats all thst was needed....
