He brutality beat Logan into unconsciousness, then Logan came back after healing, gave Hulk a few good hits, then they both got taken out by the tranqs, iirc. Felt the writers were edging towards Hulk, but then the fight was interrupted, imo.

Hulk was one his knee(s). Logan was about to deliver the finishing blow. He definitely had the advantage in the second round.

As for transquilizers, they're as powerful as the story needs them to be.
