Huh?

This thread is like a wrecking ball.

Threads like these exist alllll over the internet.

I'm okay with it.

Also, to assess whether or not something is sexist, reverse the genders. Generally, it is not viewed as sexist to view "hot men." But when men objectify women, it's "sexist." Wrong. It's sexist to say it is sexist for only men to find women attractive. This is obvious. But this is not my experience with real women (just had an argument with a lady about it...who thought it was fine to look at and like pictures of me with my shirt off but not okay for our mutual niece, who is 18 and smoking hot, to post pictures of herself on Facebook from a lingerie shoot...let me be more clear that she was more dressed than I).

It is not sexist for either sex to be sexually attracted to the opposite sex and then to revel in that attraction. It is sexist, however, to single out one sex's attraction to the other sex as being "bad." No. Just stop that shit.

But this objectification stuff becomes sexist when a line is crossed. When men (or women) view the opposite sex as lesser beings than themselves, that's when it becomes sexist. IMO, most men are not thinking, "She's inferior to me and I am better than she is" when viewing an attractive female. He's thinking, "Sex. Sex. Sex."

This thread is clearly about body parts of women, not women, that is objectifying.

No.

Simply objectifying women is not enough to be "sexist." That's bullshit that feminists have invented.

Also, admiring the female form, as a male, could sometimes be the exact opposite of sexism (reverse-sexism). This is due to some men thinking, "Wow...women are so amazing. They are definitely the superior sex." I've heard that stated many many times by men. That's sexism...but the wrong kind you're thinking of.

This reduces women to their body parts. which are then stylised for male pleasure. It adds to the general demeaning and discrimination of women. Hence sexism.

Your general lack of understanding of the dynamics of oppression is frustrating. However I do not feel up to the task to educate you, and honestly think you would probably not be open to input currently anyways.
